To be able to work effortlessly, tool knowledge and simple hacks are crucial to me. Tools such as Figma with their options for design as well as collaboration and creating quick scribbles make my daily work life easier.

Whilst working with other designers and competencies, it is always important to me, to be supportive, share my knowledge and insights. In addition, I value receiving feedback and being able to improve myself.
